Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our auction services.
1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of our auction platform and services provided by Absolute Clearance & Cleaning Ltd.
2. Registration
To participate in our auctions, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
3. Bidding
All bids are binding. Once you place a bid, you are committed to purchasing the item at the bid price if you are the winning bidder. Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
4. Payment
Payment is due within the timeframe specified for each auction. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of auction. A buyer’s premium may apply.
5. Collection
Items must be collected within the timeframe specified. Storage charges may apply for items not collected on time.
6. Condition of Items
All items are sold as seen. We do our best to accurately describe all lots but cannot guarantee condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items where possible.
Nothing in this clause affects the statutory rights of any buyer dealing as a consumer.
7. Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.
8. Liability
Subject to the paragraphs below, the total liability of Absolute Clearance & Cleaning Ltd for any loss or damage arising from the use of our auction services shall not exceed the purchase price of the item to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the statutory rights of any buyer dealing as a consumer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions, and any contract or transaction made under them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, your use of our auction services, or any sale made through them.
