Description
A vintage manual countertop meat grinder produced by Spong in England. The set is constructed from cast metal with a silver-toned finish and features a traditional screw-clamp base for securing to a work surface. The assembly includes a main body with an integral hopper, an internal cast metal auger, and a hand crank fitted with a black composite handle. Accompanying the unit is a four-blade steel cutting knife, a threaded locking ring, and two interchangeable circular grinding plates with different aperture sizes for coarse and fine mincing. The main body is embossed with the manufacturer’s name and country of origin.
