Vintage Vinyl and Cloth Baby Doll in Knitted Outfit - Very Good Condition

A vintage baby doll featuring a vinyl head, hands, and lower limbs with a soft, cloth-filled body. The head is fitted with a short-cropped, dark brown synthetic wig and features blue sleeping eyes that close when the doll is positioned horizontally, framed by moulded eyelashes. The doll is dressed in a comprehensive, hand-knitted white ensemble, consisting of a long-sleeved dress with an open-work lace-stitch skirt, a matching cardigan, a bonnet with a chin tie, and booties. The knitwear is detailed with pink trim and hand-embroidered floral motifs in pink and green, fastened with small faux-pearl buttons. No manufacturer or brand marks are visible on the doll or clothing.
