Set of Eighteen Vintage Wooden Nursery Picture Puzzle Blocks
Sold for: £5
Description
A collection of eighteen wooden nursery picture blocks, designed as a multi-sided cube puzzle. Each cube is constructed from wood with lithographed paper overlays applied to each face. The illustrations are rendered in a mid-century nursery style and include various animal subjects such as a bear in a striped shirt, a hedgehog, a kitten, and a rabbit, alongside domestic interior scenes featuring furniture and textiles. One block face features a small printed digit 2 in the corner. The set allows for the assembly of six different composite illustrations by rotating the blocks to matching faces.
Condition report:
The blocks are in used good condition, for age.
