Assorted Vintage Ceramic and Wooden Souvenir Trivets and Boards - Used Condition
Not sold
Description
A collection of seven kitchenware and souvenir items, comprising five trivets and two wooden cutting boards. Three of the trivets feature cast iron frames with inset ceramic tiles; one depicts a night-time Las Vegas skyline with script text reading Las Vegas, another shows a moon and sun motif with the text LAS VEGAS NEVADA, and the third is marked PROPERTY OF ALCATRAZ FEDERAL PENITENTIARY MESS HALL. A fourth trivet is a standalone square ceramic tile decorated with a montage of iconic Las Vegas imagery including dice, playing cards, and a welcome sign. The fifth trivet is a yellow-painted wooden board with a handle and an inset multi-coloured floral patterned tile in orange, red, and yellow. The lot is completed by a circular wooden board with a shallow recessed border and a larger rectangular wooden board with an integrated juice groove.
Condition report:
The collection is in used condition, showing a diagonal crack to the Alcatraz tile and heavy surface wear to the wooden boards.
