The lot comprises two modern collectors’ dolls, Darcie and The Fairy Queen. Both figures are constructed with porcelain bisque heads, hands, and feet, featuring stuffed cloth bodies and fixed blue glass-style eyes with painted lashes. Darcie is styled with long dark brown synthetic curls and wears a Victorian-style outfit consisting of a white bodice with a ruffled lace collar and a red floral damask patterned pinafore. This doll is accompanied by a matching fabric handbag and dark red shoes. The Fairy Queen doll features blonde ringlets and is dressed in a white and pale pink ballet-style costume with a layered tulle skirt, pearl bead detailing, and ribbon-lace shoes. Both dolls are mounted on white metal and plastic display stands and retain their original printed cardboard naming tags attached to the wrists.
