A sterling silver signet-style ring featuring a rectangular bezel. The bezel is decorated with a dark blue enamel background and a raised bird motif with outstretched wings, resembling an eagle or falcon. The shoulders of the band are finished with a series of parallel vertical ribs or steps. The metal exhibits significant surface oxidation and a dark patina throughout.
