Two Vintage Stanley Woodworking Tools comprising a Stanley No. 151 Adjustable Spokeshave and a Stanley Sliding T-Bevel, Both Good Condition
Description
This lot features two traditional hand tools of British manufacture. The first is a Stanley No. 151 adjustable spokeshave, constructed from cast iron with a black japanned finish. This model incorporates a flat-bottom design and twin knurled thumb-screws for fine blade adjustment. The markings MADE IN ENGLAND and No 151 are cast into the frame. The second tool is a sliding T-bevel gauge, used for layout work and angle measurement. It comprises a hardwood stock reinforced with brass plates at either end and a slotted steel blade. A brass lever on the side serves as the locking mechanism.
