Description
A Next Bertie & Friends decorative table ornament, featuring a rustic scene of animals at play. The piece is constructed from cast resin with a heavily textured, hand-painted finish designed to imitate rough-hewn wood and animal fur. It consists of a frame shaped like tree branches, from which a rabbit, a teddy bear, and a sheep are suspended on individual swings by natural jute twine. Positioned beside the frame on a unified base are two terrier-style dog figurines, one of which features a circular blank brass-coloured tag suspended from its neck. The ornament displays an intentionally distressed and weathered aesthetic, enhancing the folk-art style of the composition. The neutral tones of beige, brown, and grey throughout the piece allow it to suit a variety of interior decorative schemes. All animal swings and twine components remain fully intact.
