Fenton Holly Pattern Marigold Carnival Glass Ruffled Bowl
Description
Fenton Carnival Glass bowl in the Holly pattern. This piece is constructed from pressed glass with a marigold base colour and an iridescent metallic coating applied during the manufacturing process. The iridescent finish exhibits a spectrum of gold, pink, and green tones across the surface. The bowl features a relief-moulded design of holly leaves and berries on both the interior and exterior. The rim has been hand-crimped to create a deep ruffled edge. The underside of the base is smooth and moulded with a central leaf motif. No maker’s marks are present.
Condition report:
The bowl is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The hand-ruffled edges are well-preserved. There is minor adhesive residue on the centre of the base from a previous label. The iridescent finish remains vibrant with minimal signs of surface wear.
