A Collection of Eight BBC Radio Comedy, Drama, and Music Audio Cassette Sets
Description
A collection of eight audio cassette sets primarily featuring classic British radio comedy from the BBC Radio Collection alongside a musical compilation and radio drama. The comedy titles include Round the Horne Volume 14, Round the Horne Movie Spoofs, I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue Volume 1, and The Men From the Ministry 2. The lot also contains a double-cassette edition of The Best of BBC Comedy: The 60s Volume 2 and a compilation titled Have You Heard the One About? featuring Brian Johnston and Ned Sherrin, bearing the catalogue code HH 418X. Drama is represented by a full-cast production of Agatha Christie’s Hercule Poirot mystery, The Mystery of the Blue Train. Completing the set is a digitally remastered three-cassette box set from EMI titled The Original Dubliners 1966-1969, featuring fifty-six tracks from their first four albums. Each set is housed in its original plastic library case with printed J-card inserts.
Condition report:
Sleeves and J-cards: Generally very good, showing bright colours and clear text with minimal wear. Cases: Good, showing typical light surface scuffing and shelf wear expected from age and handling; no significant cracks or damage visible. Media: Cassettes have not been play-tested or removed from cases for inspection; they appear to be in good physical condition and are sold as seen.
