Description
A trio of vintage Matchbox die-cast delivery vans based on the Ford Model A chassis. These models are constructed with die-cast metal bodies, plastic chassis, and plastic roofs. The collection features iconic British food brand liveries. The first van is finished in purple with a cream-coloured plastic roof, displaying the Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Buttons logo. The base is marked, FORD MODEL A, ECH. 1/40, and N° 38. The second van is finished in light blue with a cream-coloured plastic roof, featuring Kellogg’s Rice Krispies branding and the Snap, Crackle, and Pop characters. The base is marked MATCHBOX, FORD MODEL A, MADE IN MACAU, © 1979, and MATCHBOX INT’L LTD. The third van is finished in dark blue with a textured cream-coloured plastic roof, featuring Kellogg’s Corn Flakes branding and the W. K. Kellogg signature.
