A Vintage Rolls-Royce Decorative Advertising Mirror
Description
A vintage decorative advertising mirror featuring the British luxury automotive brand Rolls-Royce. The mirror is decorated with a central vignette depicting a vintage open-top touring car in purple and white tones, enclosed within an ornate gold-coloured scrolled border. To the left, the classic red interlocking RR monogram logo is displayed within a box alongside the words ROLLS and ROYCE. To the right, stylized script text reads You can be the proud owner of our latest model. The graphics are framed by a thin gold-line border on the glass. The mirror is mounted in a dark, contoured wooden frame. This type of promotional mirror was a popular decorative item for home bars and public houses during the late 20th century.
Condition report:
The mirror is in good vintage condition with clear graphics and a clean reflective surface. The wooden frame shows signs of age-related wear, including a visible chip and scuff to the bottom right corner.
