Vintage Two-Tier Wood Telephone Stand or Side Table
Description
A late 20th-century two-tier wooden side table or telephone stand, constructed from a light-toned solid wood with a clear varnish finish. The rectangular top tier features an integrated low gallery edge to three sides, designed to prevent items from slipping off. The top is supported by four spindle-turned legs that connect to a lower open rectangular shelf. The legs terminate in short, turned feet. The style is characteristic of country-style utility furniture common in the latter part of the 20th century.
Condition report:
The table is in fair, used condition. There are visible surface scuffs and marks consistent with age and previous domestic use.
