A Pair of Miniature Hand-Painted Porcelain-Headed Clown Dolls
Description
A pair of miniature soft-bodied collectible clown dolls featuring hand-painted bisque or porcelain heads. The first doll is styled with yellow synthetic fur hair, a yellow satin-finish top, and brown and white plaid overalls, accessorised with a brown polka-dot bow tie. The face includes painted blue eyes and yellow mouth details. The second doll has brown synthetic fur hair, a red satin-finish top, and a black waistcoat with matching trousers, finished with a black polka-dot bow tie. This doll face features a red nose and red-painted mouth detail. Both dolls are constructed with soft bodies and stuffed fabric ball hands and feet. No maker marks, tags, or labels are visible on either item.
